ABOUT THE COLLECTIVE
My relationship with coffee was shaped by growing up between the United States, Curaรงao, and the Netherlands, places where hospitality and conversation often begin with something shared around a table.
That relationship deepened while working alongside coffee-growing communities in Central America. Seeing the knowledge, labor, and care behind every harvest deepened my appreciation for coffee and reinforced my responsibility to recognize the people and work behind every cup.
My Peace Corps service, global consulting work in responsible business and sustainability, and MBA in Sustainable Business shaped a guiding conviction: the way coffee is sourced, prepared, and shared should reflect the kind of world we hope to leave behind.
Hofi & Haan Collective grew from that conviction.
We created a Tampa Bay mobile specialty coffee bar grounded in exceptional coffee, thoughtful hospitality, and a deeper standard of care. That care extends to the people behind the coffee, the guests we serve, the materials we use, and where those materials go after the final cup is served.

We serve organic, Fair Trade specialty coffee, prepare house-made syrups and personalized details, thoughtfully select our service materials, and incorporate low-waste practices throughout our work. After service, spent coffee grounds and eligible serviceware are collected and returned to local regenerative efforts through our community partnership with FarmNet.
For us, sustainability is part of how we source, prepare, serve, measure, and continue improving.
